Primitive stove

The stove is made out of small, clay bricks you form by hand and add to the stove while a fire is going so each individual layer dries.  I began this as a fire pit with rocks and it evolved over the years.  Most recently I added the bricks.

The science behind the stove is simple.  Fire needs oxygen. So if you light a fire under the griddle  it will suck in oxygen and shoot flame out the top.
